Smoking and grill
✔ Smoking is allowed only in the designated area (grill area)
✔ Smoking in the rest of the territory is prohibited
✔ Grill use is allowed only in the designated area
✔ Charcoal and ignition materials must be brought by guests
✔ After use, the coals must be extinguished and the grill cleaned
✔ Cigarette butts must be disposed of in a bin
✔ Please do not leave cigarette butts on the premises

✔ Use of external saunas, hot tubs, jacuzzis and pools is prohibited
✔ Use of the base’s water for filling external equipment is prohibited
✔ Use of the base’s electricity for external equipment is prohibited
✔ Only equipment provided by the base may be used
✔ Violation of these rules may result in additional charges
🔒 Security
✔ The property is equipped with video surveillance (outdoor areas and entrances)
✔ Cameras inside the house are installed only in common areas
✔ There are no cameras in bedrooms or private areas
✔ Video surveillance is used strictly for security purposes
Cleaning and порядок
✔ Please leave the house and territory clean
✔ Before departure, all garbage must be collected
✔ Used items must be left in neat condition
✔ Bed linen must be left in the bathroom
Additional conditions
✔ Please use water and electricity reasonably
✔ Installation of additional high-consumption equipment without approval is prohibited
✔ Administration reserves the right to refuse service in case of rule violations
